Located right across from the Gabba Stadium on 803 Stanley St (Gabba Central Apartments), we are looking for one person to take the master room with a private bathroom.

The building has Coles, cafes, a bakery, a liquor store, a Korean chicken shop, a post office, a Korean café, a gym and more on the ground floor – super convenient for daily life. The Woolloongabba bus stop is only a 3-minute walk, making commuting to the city very easy. Taxi rides to the city usually cost just the base fare. (We usually use scooter passes!)

The apartment complex has 2 swimming pools and 2 small gyms, and you’re free to use the air fryer, dryer, and dishwasher.

The unit is a 2 bed + 2 bath layout with no living room share, so there will be a total of 3 people in the apartment. We don’t micromanage cleaning – as long as shared areas are kept tidy, that’s enough.

The room is a large 3.7 x 3.1 m master bedroom, with a private bathroom, air-conditioning, balcony access, and a built-in wardrobe. There is a double bed and two small desks in the room. Great sunlight and ventilation since the balcony is directly connected. The entire unit has wooden floors, so it’s clean and easy to maintain.

Rent: $410/week including all bills + unlimited internet
Bond: 2 weeks
Minimum stay: 2 months
Notice period: 2 weeks before moving out
If you stay 3 months or longer, we offer a $10/week discount.

It’s a very convenient, clean, and well-located place, so we prefer someone who plans to stay long-term.
We (current housemates) are in our 20s, so we’d prefer a student around the same age or someone in their early 30s working part-time or full-time.
