Position: Part-Time University Course Tutor

Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1-on-1 or small-group tutoring to university students, assisting with course difficulties, assignment guidance, and exam preparation.
2. Design customized study plans based on students' learning progress and academic goals.
3. Explain complex concepts clearly using real-world examples and interactive methods.
4. Provide feedback on students' weaknesses and track their improvement.

Subjects Needed:

Finance, HR, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Media

Requirements:

• Master’s/PhD students, graduates, or professionals with strong academic expertise.
• Prior tutoring/TA experience preferred (but exceptional current undergraduates may apply).
• Ability to simplify advanced topics and adapt teaching styles.
