The property is located in a quiet residential area, just a 6-minute walk to bus stop 196, making it convenient for commuting.

The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. A washing machine is available for use. Please note that internet is not provided.

Prefer someone clean and quiet

Rent Details:

$35 AUD per day

$245 AUD per week

$200 AUD deposit
