Share kitchen with myself and my 3 year old [if he will ever cook by himself] Has garden and shaded verandah. Plenty of street parking. This area is walking distance to Harris farm, Terry whites, Spar, Dominos, Subway and many other shops and spas.

Bus stops along Sandgate Road near KFC Clayfield or Widdop street near Aviation High. Otherwise, Clayfield train station is 5-7mins walk depending on your walking speed, Eagle Junction train 10-15mins walk, Toombul train station and bus interchange 15-20mins walk. Toombul bus interchange has great circle bus that loops around big shopping centres like Garden city, Chermside, Carindale etc. Otherwise, small bus stops takes you to Chermside or City or Culture Centre with approximately 25-40mins each bound (depending on individual bus route) Bus route includes: 300 301 306 320 322 369 Location is great for those work/study in Brisbane airport, City, Fortitude Valley, Hendra, Hamilton and Ascot. ‼️‼️‼️⛔️ this house is strictly no smoking ????
