We are a small family of two, plus a female student from Philippines. Our place features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, providing ample space and comfort for everyone.

Only 5 minutes drive to Calamvale Central and Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre, about the same distance to Calamvale Marketplace, not to mention Algester Asia Mart and Algester Central Market nearby. You will have easy access to a variety of shops, churches, gyms, and restaurants.

• Easy Motorway Access: 25 mins drive to CBD, 10 mins drives to Browns Plains plaza, 15 mins to Sunnybank or Inala

The ideal tenant would be a friendly and easy going non- smoker who is clean and tidy, and considerate of others in the shared spaces.  

The rent is $240 per week including reasonable usage of electricity, water, and WiFi. Other common necessities like garbage bins, dishwashing liquid, general cleaning products are also included.
