Hello, we are looking for 1 female to share a master room twin share in Fortitude Valley.

It is a spacious, modern apartment where only 3 females will be living in total. The room includes air conditioning, a private bathroom, a large walk in robe, 2 king single beds, a personal IKEA desk and chair, lamp and plenty of storage space. It is a large and very clean room.

It is a great location, 6 minutes on foot to Fortitude Valley train station, 5 minutes to James Street and about 20 minutes’ walk to Central Station. There are many restaurants and convenient facilities nearby.

It is also great for running or walking towards the Story Bridge or Howard Smith Wharves. The building has a rooftop barbecue area right next door, which is perfect for inviting friends.

The apartment is fully equipped with a coffee machine, rice cooker, sandwich maker and robot vacuum cleaner. Laundry detergent and rice are also provided.

You must be able to stay until the end of January. From February, there is no minimum stay period as long as you give 2 weeks’ notice.

This is a home, not a profit focused rental, and the roommate is also a very clean person. We hope to find someone who will live comfortably and happily with us.
