We are only looking for short-term stays due to our personal schedule, so unfortunately we cannot accept long-term rental requests.

As this is a shared living space with us, we kindly ask for someone who is clean/ tidy and respectful.

Rates

• 10+ nights: $100 / night

• 4+ nights: $105 / night

• 2 nights: $110 / night

This is a newly built luxury apartment, so the cost is higher than a usual share house listing on this website.

However, we’ve set the rent as low as possible considering facilities and whole rent fee. You will easily can find that the price is less than half the price of Airbnb/hotels in the area.
