The house is a two-story home, and the master room is located on the upper floor, offering privacy and a quiet space. 

It is just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, and buses to the city run every 5 minutes.

There is plenty of parking available. 

The rent is $250 per week for a solo tenant and $430 per week for a couple. All bills are included in the rent.
