Hello! I am looking for a flatmate for my new apartment in Hamilton, where I will be moving in on April 10. ????

From my impression during the inspection, the apartment has a beautiful Brisbane river view, allowing plenty of natural sunlight, making the place feel bright and pleasant.

The layout is modern, so with some nice decorations, it will become a very stylish home!

There are restaurants, a gym, and Woolworths within a 5-minute walking distance. The ferry and bus stations are also just 5–6 minutes away.

Additionally, there are parks and running trails along the river, making it a great place to relax and wind down.

The apartment also has a swimming pool, so you can go for a swim whenever you like!

I haven’t received the utility bills yet, but they will be shared among housemates (electricity, gas, and water).

The car park is currently occupied, but I can check if other parking options are available.

The room for rent does not have air conditioning, but it has a ceiling fan, and I will provide an extra fan as well. Since it’s by the river, there is good airflow, so it shouldn’t be too hot.
(Alternatively, after discussing, you may have the option to switch to a room with air conditioning. ????)

I prefer a non-smoker, no house parties, and someone who is clean and well-mannered.

I prefer a couple, but renting as a single room is also an option.
