We have a single room for rent in a 4 bedroom house.

Located in a quiet residential area, closet to Mango Hill train Station, North Lakes Wesfield and Mango Hill Colse.

Street parking is allowed.

Electricity, water, internet bill included to the total rental fee.

No smoking allowed inside of building,

No party/loud music

Bond fee will be applied for security reason and will be given back upon your leave.

As for myself, have Asian background, wish to have a share mate who has a similar cultural background.
