 **Job Description:**  

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated **Back Kitchen Male Staff** to assist in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow hygiene and safety standards.  

**Responsibilities:**  

- Assist chefs in food preparation, cutting, and cooking.  

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.  

- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.  

- Store food items properly and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.  

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.  

- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.  

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.  

 **Requirements:**  

- Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting (preferred but not mandatory).  

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.  

- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.  

- Willingness to work in shifts
