ON A ROLL SUSHI BANYO

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Entry-Level Sushi Maker to join our team. No prior experience is needed — we provide hands-on training to help you develop the skills required to prepare delicious sushi in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing sushi ingredients, including cutting vegetables and prepping stocks under supervision
• Learn to assemble basic sushi rolls, nigiri, and other menu items with guidance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service when needed

Requirements:
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and attentive to detail
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required
