Harajuku Gyoza Southbank is looking for a FOH Shift Manager (Casual) to join our team!

Harajuku Gyoza is a locally owned Japanese-style restaurant serving handmade gyoza and Japanese-inspired dishes in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Pay (Restaurant Industry Award)

Training Period (Approx. 2 months): Casual Level 2

* Weekdays: $33.85/hr
* Weekends: $40.62/hr
* Public Holidays: $67.70/hr

Upon successful completion of the training period, pay will increase to Casual Level 4 based on competency and responsibilities.

Role

* Customer service
* Bar service
* Opening & closing shifts
* Leading the FOH team and daily operations

Requirements

* Hospitality or leadership experience preferred
* Strong English communication skills
* Positive attitude and leadership qualities
* Available to work weekends
* Must have full working rights in Australia
* Working Holiday Visa holders are not eligible

Hours

* 23–36 hours per week
