The bathroom is shared with two other housemates and is conveniently located downstairs. The house is a double-storey, 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom property with a total indoor area of 350 sqm, accommodating a maximum of 4 residents. All bills are included.

The room comes furnished with a king-size bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and clothes rack. The common areas include a spacious living room with complete furniture.
*Appliances provided include a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine (no dryer). Kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, and utensils are fully supplied.
*Amenities like a swimming pool and basketball court.
*Sufficient outdoor parking spaces available.

Housemates are working professionals, leading a quiet and organized lifestyle. Due to one housemate's early morning work schedule (leaving at 7:30 AM), we kindly request that resident try to complete their morning routine before 10:30 AM.

The majority of the house remains peaceful throughout the day, offering a comfortable living environment suitable for those who appreciate personal space. We prefer tenant with tidy habits, minimal cooking, regular sleep patterns, quiet walking habits, and we regretfully cannot accommodate pets or individuals with heavy smoking/drinking habits or those who stay up late.
