Minimums 3 months but 6 months can be $265/week

• Private air-conditioned room available in a 3-bed townhouse.
• Share bathroom with only one other woman
• Share kitchen and living room (bedrooms are on the top floor, living/kitchen on the second floor – very private)
• Only 3 people in the house (1 person per room)
• Quiet and friendly household
 

Convenience:
• 5 minutes’ walk to Woolworths
• 7–9 minutes’ walk to Oxley train station
• 25–30 minutes by train to the city

We are looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and respectful.
