​​We are on the lookout for hard-working General Hands / Production Employees (Day Shift), to support our busy Production Team.

​​We are keen to see applications from entry-level and experienced candidates, who have a passion for the marine industry and a willingness to learn and develop as our business expands.

​​Lamination:  Open Moulding

​​Reading and interpreting drawings
​​Preparing moulds, including applying release agents.
​​Gelcoat taping and assembling additional parts and preparing moulds
​​Laminating fiberglass components to a lamination schedule (flybridges, hardtops, hulls, decks and small parts)
​​Performing in-line inspections to minimise quality issues, gel coat imperfections, and air voids
​​Installing structural materials such as wood, aluminium flat bar, foam and core mat,
​​Handling hazardous chemicals such as catalyst, resin, gel coat and structural adhesives and maintaining the shed in a clean and tidy manner, including organizing tools and materials in order to avoid any safety issues.
​​Lamination:  Closed Moulding

​​Reading and interpreting drawings
​​Mould care, prep, upkeep and repair activities
​​Inspecting, cleaning and assembling moulds
​​Laminating fiberglass components to a lamination schedule (flybridges, hardtops, and small parts)
​​Packing pre-cut digital kitted composite fabrics into moulds
​​Installing vacuums and feed lines, and apply vacuum bags
​​De-moulding parts
​​Performing in-line inspections to minimise quality issues, gel coat imperfections, and air voids
​​About You

​​Experience using hand tool
​​Machinery experience, desirable
​​Pride in workmanship, with excellent attention to detail
​​Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
​​Ability to work autonomously, and in a team
​​Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
​​Strong sense of teamwork and excellent communication skills

​​보트빌딩이라는 다소 생소한 직업이라 접근하시기 어려우실 수 있으시지만 어려운일은 크게 없는 단순한 일 입니다.
​​일하시는 시간은 위에 명시되어 있지만 일을 더 하시고 싶으시다면 오버타임 원하시는 만큼 하실 수 있습니다.(오버타임 1.5배, 2배)
​​평일뿐아니라 주말에 일하시면 당연히 오버타임 1.5배 2배 지급합니다.
​​제가 매니져를 대신해서 글을 올리고 구인하기때문에 정확한 시급은 모르겠습니다. 모든 포지션은 full time으로 anuual leave,sick leave, super포함 됩니다. 또한 일하시는 역량에 따라 시급인상도 진행가능합니다.
​​영어는 고급영어회화를 요구하지는 않지만 기본적인 회화는 가능해야됩니다.
