Hello! I’m looking for someone to share a spacious and clean shop with me in Springwood. (Not a "shop-in-shop" but a spacious private studio just for you.)

✔️ I’m looking for someone who fits this description:

• Someone who finds it difficult to work 7 days a week (preferably someone who can work around 3 days a week due to school or other commitments).

• Someone who is new to the business and doesn't have many clients yet.

• Someone with a positive attitude who wants a win-win situation for both of us!

✔️ Available days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

• You can choose one or two days from Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

• Shop rental fee is only “$70 per day”.

✔️ Preferred professions:

• Beauty therapists (eyebrow extensions are also fine), facial or remedial massage therapists, etc. There are many wellness/massage businesses in Springwood, but there doesn’t seem to be many beauty-related businesses! (so probably blue ocean for beauty!) 

✔️ Additional notes:

• Preferably someone who only accepts female clients.

• Sorry, but smokers are not allowed.

✔️ Facility information:

• Plenty of parking available.

• I can assist with some promotion... just a little! Since the shop is new, I’m getting some initial traffic.

• You can use the treatment bed, but please bring your own disposable sheets and linens. If you can bring your own bed, it would be even better! This is because some clients can be sensitive, and I believe it’s more hygienic according to my standards. However, if you don’t have one, that’s okay! We can disinfect thoroughly.

• The space has a fridge and basic kitchenware.

• Feel free to use electricity, air conditioning, and water. Don’t worry about toilet paper or bin bags – I’ll take care of those!

Other details:

• When you leave, just make sure to clean the place before you go.

• A deposit equivalent to 1 week’s rent is required upfront, with a minimum 1-month contract.

• Weekly or biweekly payments – you can choose which payment option works best for you.

• On the day of signing the contract, you will receive the keys and complete the contract. Please deposit the bond + payment (weekly or biweekly) at the same time!
