We are a Taiwanese, Korean couple.

We are looking for two female housemates.

The location is Bellbowrie, before text to me, please check Google map first, where is, how far from your school.

Bellbowrie is bit far from CBD however very quiet and safe, it may be in top 5 Brisbane area.

In front of the house, there is a bus stop that goes to the city at once.

It takes about 50 minutes to get to the city by bus, 25 to 30 minutes to get to Indooroopilly, and 35 minutes to Toowong Village.

There is a shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy, and Gym 10 minutes away in walking distance.

Near home, few small parks around, so you can take a walk or exercise. also, if you have a car, this is a really good place to live. heaps free street parking place.

Toilet will be used by only 2 housemates

All of the existing housemates were satisfied and moved out after stay nearly a year.

We have a 15 month old daughter and a five-year-old Labrador They are very Friendly.

All bills included, NBN internet. fully furnished, and bedding is also provided. Sanitary items as laundry detergent and tissues not provided.

We prefer Easten Asians because our family came from Easten Asian, and we want to avoid clashing due to different cultures. However, anyone who is well-mannered, has experienced Asian culture, or knows how to respect each other, welcome.

$150 a week. Pay by two weeks term.

2 weeks deposit and two weeks' notice when you move out.

We don't have a minimum stay, but we prefer those who will stay for more than three months.
