We are looking for a new  house mate who wants (single or couple) to stay with us long  or short term to live together in a low set house  at nearby  Fruit Grove  station, warrigal Road in Runcorn now.

Now , one single or couple room is available .

Our location is a very convenient area to easily catch trains only 5mins and 2mins 150, 156, bus stop for walking distance toward Garden city shopping center, in Brisbane city, Brisbane airport, and Gold Coast. 

Also, there are many shopping centers, Korean and Asian grocery shops and restaurants, post office, hospital, butcher, Koran side dish shop   only 7mins walking distance as well.

Currently, we have only one shared mate with 2 live families together. 

One room for one person is $210 per week and couple is 350 per week (include Electronic, water, internet bills)
