The room also has a walk in wardrobe and a clear balcony with good view. The room is very spacey and clean.

All bills included (unlimited NBN, water, electricity)

 A  big fridge in the living area with filtered water and ice dispenser.

 Food storage is not a worry.

I (also female) am living in the second room and there is a cute mini poodle puppy living with us. So there would be only 2 people living in the house.

you are welcome to come in at any time. Inspections are always welcome.

If you need, i could come pick you up with your luggage (but obviously no furnitures as space in my car is limited)
