Hello, I'm looking for someone to stay in a master bedroom on the 1st floor, I have 2 master rooms available. 

There is a bus stop across the road that goes directly to Garden City and City, and there is a train station behind the house that is within walking distance.

There is a separate entrance on the first and second floors, and there is a kitchen on the first floor in a total of three rooms.

The entrance to the first and second floors is different, so you can live your personal life! The second floor is quiet because only one person is staying.

I have a large backyard at home, so you can use it freely. There are plenty of parking spaces.

I will send you a picture of the room if required and will send you the address so you can have a look.

Rooms are $270 for a large room, $250 for a middle room (all bills included, Unlimited NBN internet).
