We are looking for tenants for a couple room in Woolloongabba, just a 10-minute walk to Mater Hospital.
• Rent: $440 per week (all bills included)
• Available for: Couples or two female friends (F/F share)
• Move-in: Available now

• Couple room has a small air conditioner and ceiling fan
• Air conditioner in the living room
• Shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen
• Everyone keeps the house very clean and tidy
• Dishwasher included
• All basic furniture, kitchenware, and appliances provided
• Garage storage available
• Safe off-street parking available in the backyard (no street parking)

The house has 6 people in total.
The area is very quiet, and the house is cozy and comfortable.
We also have a pizza night once a month with housemates, but day-to-day life is very quiet — perfect if you want to relax at home without stress

 Housemates
• We are an Italian-Korean couple
• Two Japanese males live in single rooms
• Due to work, the couple is usually not home after 3 PM (except Sundays)

 Location
• Very convenient location, perfect if you don’t have a car
• Close to Brisbane CBD
• Coles: 10 min walk
• Woolworths: 5 min drive
• Hanaro Mart: 5 min drive
• If you don’t have a car, I can help with grocery pick-up when our schedules match
 
Conditions
• Minimum stay: 1 month
• Bond: 1 week
• Notice: 2 weeks
• Non-smokers only
