We are looking for a share mate in a new built house at  Pallara area near Acacia Ridge,Sunnybank Hills. Move-in is possible after October 5th. 

 it is a newly developed area, there is no transportation yet, so it would be convenient to have a car. (There is only a bus to Sunnybank.) 

The closest shopping center is Forest Lake (8 minutes by car), Acacia Ridge is 8 minutes, Calamvale Sunnybank Hills is 15 minutes, and Sunnybank Plaza is 18-20 minutes. 

there is one share mate so have to share the bathroom with him. 

When you come in, a total of 4 people, including my wife and I, will live there.

 We cannot send you photos, so you can come for inspection. 

If you are a non-smoker, cleaning person and we have a small dog at home so if you like dogs,you are more than welcome.

Single room $180 a week

 All bills, rice, toilet paper, and cleaning tools are provided.

 (2 week deposit, 2 week notice)
