Short-Term Stay (Less than 1 month):

• - $250/week for more than a week
• - 1 night - $45/night
• - More than 1 night - $40/night
• - $50 deposit

Long-Term Stay (More than 1 month):

Price negotiable based on the duration of stay

Applicants must undergo inspection, and only those meeting the following criteria will be accepted:

• - Clean individuals
• - Quiet demeanor
• - Must have a car
• - Full-time worker or full-time student
• - Non-smoker
• The house is cleaned almost daily, and I can share photos upon request via text message.
