이번 채용은 Registered Nurse Position으로

 저희와 함께하실 분 모집합니다.

Responsibilities

-       Working with the existing Registered Nurse to provide Clinical Care for Home Care Package clients and NDIS particiapants

-       Working with the existing Registered Nurse to Assess/reassess/review clients

-       Provision of quality outcomes for all clients

-       Maintain service delivery processes which communicate care, empathy, respect and dignity for the client.

-       Development of a care plan in conjunction with client and his or her advocate 

-       Individual service that meets the client’s individual needs

-       Regular monitoring, maintenance and review of client’s care needs and care plan

About you..

-Able to work as full-time worker at office (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)

-Registered Nurse Qualifications with current AHPRA registration and relevant experience (ideally 2-3 years experience)

-Extensive experience conducting clinical assessments and reviews within a client-centered model of practice 

-An understanding of sector requirements – Aged Care and NDIS on service delivery and the impacts of client experience.
