**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate phone accessories and repair services.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging merchandise and displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers and promote upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work atmosphere within the store.

**Requirements:**

- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the electronics or mobile phone industry but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones and accessories is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about new products and technologies.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
