This house is located in ZONE1, Bracken Ridge,  a well-maintained house with 2 kitchens/bathrooms. We are one full time working friendly couple ( Korean and European) with 1 other family members ( a 5yrs old child included) The child goes school Mon -Fri and goes to bed before 8-9pm

Great  location- driving distance to:

4min distance to either north or side side of High way entrance

Bracken Ridge Tafe:( 4m Driving)

Brisbane CBD: (36min Driving), 10minutes walk and then direct bus no.330 goes to Chermside shopping centre, RBWH, CBD (Bus comes every 5-15min

7 Eleven petrol/convenience shop: (3m Driving)

Bracken Ridge Plaza:(4m Driving)

Bald Hills train station: (6m Driving)

If you have a car or bicycle, it will be much easier for travel.
