• Couple room: $460/week

• Couple room has a small AC ❄️

• Single rooms don’t have AC, but ceiling fans keep it comfy

• Living room has AC too!

About the House

• 6 ppl total, super clean and chill

• Shared bathroom/living room, but everyone’s tidy

• Garage storage available

• Fully furnished kitchen + dishwasher

• Cozy vibes, quiet most of the time

• Once a month we do a little pizza night ???? (optional but fun!)

• Coles 10 min walk

• Hanaro Mart 5 min drive

• Woolies 5 min drive

• Very central — easy access to everything

• No car? If our schedules match, I can drive you for grocery runs

• We go to Costco 1–2 times a month

• Got a car? Safe backyard parking available (no street parking)

• I(Korean) live with my Italian boyfriend

• We’re usually out after 3 PM (except Sundays), so house is super quiet in the evenings

• Great for someone who works mornings/afternoons!
