Sushi Edo, a popular sushi restaurant located in Newmarket, Brisbane, is looking for passionate full-time kitchen team members to grow with us!

Position: Hot Food Kitchen Staff (Full-time) → Supervisor / Assistant Chef level strongly preferred

Location: Sushi Edo Newmarket (inside Reading Newmarket shopping centre) Employment Type: Full-time (minimum 38+ hours per week guaranteed) Visa: Open to Working Holiday Visa & Student Visa holders (full-time hours available)

Requirements

• Strong preference for candidates with sushi restaurant kitchen experience
• Any hot food kitchen experience (Japanese/Korean/Western cuisine all welcome)
• Leadership/supervisor or team leader experience is a big plus!
• Basic English communication skills (conversational level required)

• Strong teamwork and sense of responsibility
• Available for long-term employment

Salary

• Hourly rate or annual salary to be negotiated based on experience
