Hi all, 

We are hiring a kitchen staff. Hours we offer would be between 35-38 weekly.

You must ne available on

Mon 11-2

Tue-Sat 11-2, 5-9

Sunday off

 

We need someone who is not late to work and positive. Experienced one is preferred but not essential if you are willing to learn.

Requirements:

Knowledge of food safety procedures.

Sound knowledge of Japanese cuisine.

Excellent Communication skills.

Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

The right attitude to push through even the busiest of days   

 

Skills we seek include:

Great knowledge and skills in Japanese cuisines

Can work with a small team and get the best out of the staff

Are an even tempered manager that maintains composure in the kitchen

Experience in hot food and maki is highly desirable
