We are seeking reliable and compassionate NDIS Support Workers to join our team for ongoing, long-term employment.

No previous SCI experience is required. Training and support will be provided for the right candidates who are willing to learn and committed to providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily living support
• Mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning
• Bowel therapy and continence support
• Pressure care and skin integrity support
• Meal preparation and cooking (including handling meat)
• Domestic assistance and community access
• Completing progress notes and following participant support plans
