3 mins walk to bus stops where buses goes to Garden City Westfield, Brisbane CBD and Griffith University.

8 mins walk to Banoon train station and 10 mins walk to Sunnybank train station.

Beautifully fully furnished room with good furnitures. 

You will be sharing a bathroom with two other housemates.

$270 per week including all bills

$810 for bond (3weeks of rent); 2 weeks of notice of leave and minimum of 4 months stay.
