About the Farm

Piñata Farms is one of Australia’s leading large-scale berry producers. We produce high-quality strawberries and raspberries in a stable environment. We strictly adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality standards, providing a well-organized and professional workplace.

We are currently seeking dedicated Berry Pickers for the upcoming harvest season starting in June 2026.

Positions Available

• Strawberry / Raspberry Pickers

Key Responsibilities

• Harvesting strawberries and raspberries

• Quality control and sorting

• Meeting daily performance targets

• Assisting with packing and other farm duties as required

Season & Hiring Schedule

• Harvest Season: June 2026 – October 2026

• Induction: Conducted on a rolling basis

Pay & Conditions

• Base Hourly Rate: $30.35+ (Horticulture Award – Casual)

• Piece Rate Application: Top-up payments apply if your performance exceeds the hourly base rate.

• Working Hours: Subject to weather conditions and crop availability.

• Legal Employment: Fully compliant with Tax and Superannuation.

• Direct Hire: Employed directly by Piñata Farms (No contractors).

• Visa Support: 100% eligible for 2nd and 3rd-year visa extensions.

Accommodation & Transport

• Accommodation is not provided.

• Car owners are highly encouraged to apply.

• Carpooling options with colleagues are available.
